Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

   In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:"Agreement" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time;"Breach(es)" refers to any non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement;"Gaming Platform" means the online gaming services operated by Daytona Spin Casino; "Gross Win" means a win that is greater than or equal to the amount set out in Clause 5.1;

2. ACCEPTANCE

   By using the Gaming Platform, you (the "User") acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.Daytona Spin Casino reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Agreement at any time.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

   The User must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in gaming on our platform. Daytona Spin Casino reserves the right to request proof of age from any User and if that person is found to be under 18, their account may be terminated immediately.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE

   You are responsible for the use of your Account and shall ensure that no one else uses your login details or password. You agree that you will not share or forward your personal data with anyone.

5. GAMING TERMS

   Each bet placed by you must contain at least one selection, which can be a team in any match listed on our Platform. Where any selections involve money back, dead-heat, voids, abandoned or postponed matches or where there has been an error or irregularity in the progress of play then all such bets will stand unless specified otherwise.

6. SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENTS

   All wins are calculated by taking into account all available and valid results from games that have taken place since the last settlement time (the "Settlement Time"). All payments made to you shall be your net win, after deducting our commission on gross profits and any other deductions or fees payable. The User acknowledges that we reserve the right to void, cancel or correct any bet in circumstances of unforeseen events affecting gaming operators, such as natural disasters etc.

7. CASH-OUT TERMS

   In some games you can withdraw your balance before a game has finished if it is guaranteed to win with odds greater than 1:2 (or equivalent) and provided the stakes have been settled as live; otherwise withdrawals will be at our discretion based on market conditions or gaming events, subject always to Clause 4.

8. CANCELLATION OR VARIATION OF BETS

   Daytona Spin Casino reserves the right to cancel or suspend a bet if it is suspected that a mistake has occurred in either price formation or settlement of the relevant game/event, including but not limited to error caused by force majeure, unforeseen events affecting gaming operators etc.

9. PAYMENT DETAILS

   All payments made on our Platform are processed using secure payment methods and banking systems provided by reputable financial institutions ("Banking System"). Daytona Spin Casino shall have no liability in respect of failure or delay due to reasons beyond the control of Banking System.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION

    Daytona Spin Casino complies with all applicable legislation relating to online gaming, including regulations covering underage betting and money laundering.You agree that you will not use our services for any unlawful purpose and shall comply with these terms at all times.

11. CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES

    We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of the Gaming Platform from time to time in order to update features, improve performance, correct errors, investigate problems, modify games available or otherwise meet changing user demands.Daytona Spin Casino may offer special promotions and/or bonuses that shall be at its sole discretion. Terms applicable for such offers will be set out on a case by case basis.

12. PROBLEM GAMBLING

    You are aware of the risks associated with problem gaming (or gambling addiction) and shall report it immediately to our customer service if you experience any financial difficulties or other concerns.If we reasonably believe that the User is displaying patterns consistent with problem gaming behaviour then Daytona Spin Casino may take steps to restrict, suspend or cancel their betting account at its sole discretion.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, excluding any choice of law provisions.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Daytona Spin Casino and the User relating to your use of our Gaming Platform.The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with laws applicable to them.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

    Daytona Spin Casino shall be excused from performing its obligations under this Agreement if it is prevented, hindered or delayed in doing so due to any cause beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters etc., governmental acts and orders which prevent us complying with our obligations; changes in law or regulations affecting the conduct of gaming activities.

16. VARIATION

    Daytona Spin Casino reserves the right at all times to modify this Agreement without notice.All terms are subject to change, addition, amendment, deletion or revision by Daytona Spin Casino from time to time as we see fit.

17. TERMINATION

    Upon termination you agree that any balances on your account shall be paid out in accordance with Clause 4 and immediately cease use of our Gaming Platform and services.

18. WAIVER AND SET-OFF

    Any failure by one party to insist upon strict performance by the other of its obligations under this Agreement or to exercise a right or remedy (whether fully, partially or at all) shall not constitute a waiver thereof.At any time, either party may offset against monies payable on its account to Daytona Spin Casino its liability to us.

19. NOTICES

    If we need to notify you about your Account, the Gaming Platform or these Terms and Conditions for example in connection with updating our terms of business then we'll send notice by email using an email address linked to it.You agree that if you do not receive a notification (or confirmation) from us following a deposit then no liability will arise to either party.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

    These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors-in-interest and assigns, but may not be assigned or transferred by User without our prior written consent.All headings in these terms are provided for convenience only; any disputes that may arise under them will be resolved solely through reference to these terms.

21. JURISDICTIONAL LIMITATIONS

    Daytona Spin Casino cannot exclude its liability from non-contractual claims of compensation but any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of English Courts with a view to obtaining relief, damages or otherwise in respect of any loss arising out of your use of our Gaming Platform.

22. RIGHT OF ACTION AND VENUE

    Any action related to these Terms and Conditions shall only be brought by User in connection with his gaming activities on our site.
